The Petzl OXAN is a high-strength steel carabiner designed for use in difficult environments. Its symmetrical oval shape allows for optimal loading when setting up anchors or connecting to metal structures, such as steel beams or tripod heads. The oval geometry is also ideal for use with pulleys (like the Petzl FIXE or PRO), as it keeps the load centered. The fluid interior design and Keylock system prevent snagging. Available in SCREW-LOCK (Manual) and TRIACT-LOCK (Automatic). The TRIACT-LOCK versions (M72A TLA/TLN) are ANSI and CSA certified for international regulatory compliance.
